In addition, there is a separate appartment, with a double bed, shower, toilet, and air conditioning. This apartement also has a kitchenette with two electric hotplates, a small oven/grill, microwave, and a fridge freezer. From the dining room/kitchen, stairs lead to a low-ceilinged floor, which can serve as an extra bedroom. Outside, there is a private terrace where you can enjoy a drink and the view.
Furthermore, the complex offers a separate storage room for tools, and a storage room at the bottom of the guest house. All rooms have air conditioning.
There is direct connection to the electricity and water network, and there are 3 additional water deposits of 500 litres per deposit.
This fantastic complex is ideal for running a B&B, as it has proved very successful in recent years, but it is also perfect for permanent living or as a holiday home.
