Current situation of Compensation Board: the first document that was presented in the Study of Detail, of which there is already a favorable report of urban planning technicians, is currently pending of the report of Legal Advisors to be able to pass it to the Government Board for them to approve it , which is expected to take place during the month of May. Once approved it is passed to different ministries of the Government of Andalusia for them to report (roads, livestock trails, etc) and return it to the City Council for final approval. This first document should be approved within this year.
Subsequently the project of land subdivision and urbanization will have to be presented. The subdivision has already being approved by the Compensation Board, leaving to the City Council the only task of checking if the proposed plots comply with planning regulations, thus ratifying the proposal of the Board. The corresponding Plots are a total of 3 plots with an area of 6,000 m/2. With the slow pace of administrations and if everything goes normal the Compensation Board should be completed during the next year 2019.
