The price for the building work is 210,000 euros. This is a fixed price for the construction work from a local builder with experience of working in the Old Town. There is a detailed specification and a bill of quantities which are available on request. A 20% deposit is payable on signing the contract with the builder, followed by monthly stage payments based on an architect´s certificate of work carried out.
