We have already have plans, approved by the authorities, for the renovation of a 100 year old military bunker.
We have in the past considered plans for an approximately 100 person’s environmentally sustainable health facility on the land. Being in a Natural park the land offers tranquility, fantastic mountain and ocean views in a natural environment required for remedial health. Plans have also been drawn up for a haven for retired people who can enjoy nature at its best and for active sporting holiday makers, who would enjoy this inspirational location that offers the possibility of many activities on both land and water. We have also considered a marine biology research center.
The authorities are open to ecologically friendly initiatives in areas that have to be protected and we are constantly searching to improve sustainability.

In the Tarifa Natural selling program we will consider, selling all of Tarifa Natural SL, a shareholding in the company or selling designated parcels on the land as shareholdings under the umbrella of the Company.
If you love Nature like we do and share our philosophy of protective sustainability of the natural environment, we invite you to participate in the Company plans. You can also develop your own projects under the umbrella of the Company – subject to approval by the authorities. This land has been previously designated as the area for diverse farming, so you could develop plans involving permaculture, apiculture, sheepherding, cattle farming or horse breeding.
The Strait of Gibraltar is on the oceans doorstep and therefor the Company will be able to offer a multiple of activities on both land in the Natural Park as well as the ocean. The African continent is nearly always in clear view.
