This room is currently set out with 54 seats at 13 tables but this can change as required. The premises are insured for up to 250 persons. the bar is spacious and well stocked and the coffee machine is supplied and serviced by the coffee company.
The kitchen is open plan, well equipped with industrial catering hobs, hotplates, fryers, dishwasher, extractor and food prep area and large walk in fridge. The landlord owns a number of the fittings and as such in addition to the rent of approximately 900 euros plus IVA, there is a Bond to pay of 10,000 euros.
There is a loyal team of part time staff who assist with the running of the day to day tasks including the cake making, who are happy to continue. The vendor is also happy to continue for a handover period, and is open to the possibility of coming back to continue in a part time capacity after spending some time travelling.
