Operations.
The business operates from 200+m2 freehold property. The regular maintenance side of the business is serviced by 6 Technicians each with his own van, which comes fully equipped to tackle any day to day servicing that may be required. The daily schedule is directed by the owners from the office The construction side is serviced by a 7 ton lorry with all the necessary ancillary equipment such as wet and dry gunite machine, cement mixers etc. The owners play a major part in any new construction or major renovation. The Administration side of the business is run entirely by the owners.
