In front of the the main house, a conservatory has been built along the entire length, which feels like a living room/dining room, with cozy seating areas, a long dining table, and even a wood-burning stove. (In total, there are no less than 4 wood-burning stoves distributed throughout the various spaces.) The glass curtains all around can be opened or closed as desired, making it suitable for any season. This house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a semi-professional kitchen. The rooms have a Mediterranean/Ibiza look, and the whole place exudes a serene atmosphere.
If the buyer wishes to operate it as a B&B, it is possible to convert one of the bedrooms back into a living room, as it originally was, and then use 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen for private use. The fourth bedroom in this section is also accessible from the outside and has an en-suite bathroom.
