The huge 11.30 m x 4.30 m pool with spacious terrace is separate and surrounded by olive and almond trees and a vineyard. In total there are 2 outdoor showers at the property.
The very large garage offers space for 2 cars. There is a laundry and storage room. Next, you enter a fully covered terrace. From here you have access to a bathroom, a large bedroom, a storage room and a very large living room that is now set up as a mancave. This part of the house offers several possibilities and can therefore also be rented out as a completely separate unit.
In the main house you walk through a fantastic living room with traditional rustic tiles, with fireplace and with an open kitchen beautifully tiled in combining colors. There is a double bedroom with large bathroom, a master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with both access to the terrace at the back of the house with a cozy lounge.
Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and there are new ceiling fans with remote control. There is also a pre-installation for underfloor heating on the first floor as well as uniquely there are 4 covered water tanks installed for about 10.000 liters of water. A water descaler is also provided and mains power protection.
There is direct access from the living room to the front terrace. Here you can relax in a lovely Jacuzzi or you can just enjoy the various seating areas. At the back of the house is a petanque court with beautiful views of the entire valley!
The guest house further consists of an open kitchen. The kitchen is built in Andalusian style with rustic tiled floors. There is a dining room, three double bedrooms, each with ceiling fan and air conditioning, bathroom, spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Notable are the high ceilings with the typical rural beautiful wooden beams. From the living room you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace with jacuzzi and seating areas.
Furthermore, there are about 100 almond trees, 100 olive trees, a vineyard and some fruit trees such as: avocados, lemons, mangoes and oranges. In the lower part of the property there is a small old stone building and a private well.
There is an alarm system, TV and internet. Both houses can be used independently.
