It is pretty large and divided in to different rooms including a wine cellar, games room, kids play room, guest / staff quarters, technical room with double equipments to ensure well functioning in the event of breakages. there is of course an underground garage for three cars, although there is room for more cars in the entrance and driveway.
There is underfloor heating which can be activated individually from each room to optimise consumption. All the carpentry is in superb condition as is everything in the house.
