You can reach the ground floor, walking down the stairs inside the house or external stairs from the upper terraces. On this floor there are:

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, expensive wooden furniture, large wardrobes and a single bed. If you want, every room can easily accommodate an extra single bed, that are stored in the adjoining technical rooms. There are also washing machine, dryer, ironing board and racks for luggage. There is a common bathroom is located in the marine style with a window in the form of a porthole between the rooms.
-Room with a large double bed has its own bathroom. It is equipped with new furniture, desk, TV (Satellite, "Kartina.tv”), air conditioning and heating. The room has large sliding glass doors, which lead to the lower terrace and garden.
-Living room with 2 large single beds, by moving together which you get a "Queen size" bed. The room has a large bathroom. It is equipped with exclusive furniture, TV (Satellite, "Kartina.tv”), air conditioning and heating. Has private access to the pool, garden, garage and parking.
-Terrace on the ground floor is surrounded by greenery and is located entirely in the shade. It is equipped with a dining table and barbecue area (a large cutting table, an enormous sink, a professional BBQ, SONOS music system). It is always possible to cook gourmet meals on the fire without paying attention to the weather conditions.
The whole area (plot 2300 sq.m) is surrounded by greenery, on the south side of the house there is a large garden with a fountain, a little further, in a pine grove, there is a play area with a fabulous little house on a tree that children will love for sure. The playground is equipped with: an all-season ping-pong table, garden swings, big trampoline with netting, hammock swings, gymnastic rings. If you want to play badminton you will be able to realize your wish on one of the lawns near the wonderful vineyard, everything you need for a game is available.
