There is a big and modern kitchen where the owners prepare breakfast for the guests, a living room, big bedroom with good sized bathroom and a private garden, it's of important note to mention the B&B is designed so that with very little work the whole house can be converted into a big 3 bed/3 bath house with an external guest room (family room). The whole property really does provide lots of different opportunities for the new owners to explore.

The B&B gives excellent access to nearby Granada and the Alhambra as well as Malaga, Nerja and many other towns with everything for visitors from outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, cycling, trekking, lakes, beaches and off course historic places of interest and plenty of tapas to enjoy a vacation everyone wants to repeat.The location of the B&B attracts walkers and cyclists because of the nearby national park which is a walkers paradise. The owners being very service oriented (key to the great reviews they have) provide full descriptions of walking and cycling tours as well as organizing individually tailored packages. But of course, guests also come to the B&B just to relax and enjoy the mountain- and sea views.

While there are many really good restaurants in the nearby town the owners do offer a 3 course meal dinner most nights when fully booked as guests tend to want to stay in and enjoy the B&B and the common areas, the menu is simple but delicious and since the B&B has a full 'Pension'licence(similar to Hostel) you are allowed to serve food to guests. 

This is a great opportunity for someone to purchase an already established B&B with a view to continuing the great success the current owners have had but it does also offer opportunities for expansion and these can be discussed with interested parties on viewing.
