beamed loggia with sliding glass windows that lead out to the patios and pool, the separate dining area leads
through to a large colourful rustic kitchen with farmhouse table it is fully fitted, an archway leads through to the
dining area. On from the kitchen is a large utility room with double sink etc. There is a camera security system, two
satellite dishes, internet is via ACOX providing internet, phone and TV. Outside is the heated salt water swimming
pool with an automatic PH system and electric pool cover, surrounded by lawns and patios. At the end of the patio
area is a Jacuzzi and sauna, and at the end of the lawned area is a pond with water feature. On the terrace below is a
lawn and a kitchen vegetable garden which leads on to a chicken pen and duck pond, where a satellite dish and
2,500 ltr gas tank are situated.
To the other side of the house is the main entrance with an electric gate which leads to the double garage &
workshop with auto doors. A drive-in archway with electric roller shutter door goes through to a central courtyard
(140 sq) which is colonnaded and decorated in Moroccan style. Here there are three stables and a tack room.
There’s a carport, a Spanish bread oven the stables could be converted into a bed sit. Across the courtyard a smaller
gated archway leads on to a small Spanish garden with water feature and an intercom controlled pedestrian
entrance that leads to the front door.
From the courtyard steps lead down to a shady paddock of some 300 square metres. From here you walk into the
finca which has about 800 plus fruit trees which include a productive avocado plantation of 450 trees the other trees
are lemon, orange, plum, pear, mango, peach, apricot, fig, apple, nut. The whole finca is irrigated automatically
including all the flower gardens and lawns. The water supply for drinking and irrigation comes from a well of 145
metres drilled in Sept 2015 which supplies a water deposit of 300 cubic metres situated at the highest point of the
finca.
The second house which has its own entrance with automatic gate is also built in traditional style (123 sm) all on one
level it is air conditioned and has two en-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The dining room with its ceiling of
varnished roof timbers has a log burning fire and archway that leads through to the fully fitted kitchen. A doorway
with a traditional reja goes through to a large lounge with a wooden beamed ceiling; sliding doors open out onto the
BBQ and dining area leading on to patios and swimming pool. There is also a laundry room, large parking area and a
10 gas bottle bank for water heating. This could support central heating also.
Beween the two houses is a tree and palm-surrounded laguna with waterfall and two fountains, and is stocked with
coi and terrapins a large bed of water lilies. It is overlooked by a rustic garden house called ‘Froggies’. This purpose
built chiringuito has a fridge, gas fired BBQ, satellite TV, sink with hot and cold water and a large fixed wooden table.
The side facing the laguna is mainly glass curtains. Steps lead down to a decked area with table and chairs and a
shady lawn. Nearby is an ornamental dovecote behind which is the satellite dish for the TV in Froggies. Further
along past the gardens and fruit trees is a detached toilet with sink.
The large almacen (50 sm) has electricity and a storage area for logs. This could easily be converted into a games
room/gymnasium/stables or guest room. Large parking area.
