As soon as you open the heavy steel door of the apartment complex, you will be amazed by the large stylish hall with water fountain. Before I take you to the 4 flats via the impressive staircase corridor, we first turn left into a huge space which was originally a garage. Currently, this space is used as a bodega/party chill space. There is a bar, open kitchen and fireplace and at the back is a spacious bathroom. Behind a large glass cabinet are the special wines. A lot is possible with this space finished to perfection.
Back to the hall, we head to the first floor where the four apartements are located. Oriental influences can be found throughout the building. All flats are finished with high-quality materials and have an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and fridge, air conditioning hot/cold, a flat-screen TV and a terrace or balcony.
The 1st apartment is the largest at 40m2 and has 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The 2nd apartment has 1 bedroom and also a balcony. The back 2 apartments do not have separate bedrooms, but do have a large bath as well as a spacious private terrace. All windows are double-glazed and soundproof. There are also shutters and mosquito windows. At the back of the first floor is a small outdoor area where the washing machine, among other things, is located.
On the top floor is a cosy sitting area where you can look outside through the corner window. Here you can also access the huge roof terrace with phenomenal views over the village and the mountains. The roof terrace is partly covered which gives you the choice of sunbathing on one of the lovely sun loungers after a dip in the saltwater pool or sitting in the shade at one of the cosy tables. At the back is a lounge area. The roof terrace even offers the possibility to keep fit via 2 sports equipment, among others. On the terrace, preparations have been made to connect a TV. Above the covered area are 24 solar panels.
In short, the new apartment complex with holiday rental licence is ready to move in. The holiday rental of these apartments is very successful. There is much more to tell, but the best thing is to see it with your own eyes. You will be truly amazed.
