If one bedroom has en-suit, then four-five bedrooms share two bathrooms, depending on floor plan. At the terrace there is also a kitchen with barbecue area, which can be used by the guests, a large patio with space for dining table, sun loungers, reading corner and more.

At the second floor are two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One overlooks the patio, and the other with a private terrace and a wonderful view of the ocean. There is also a large bathroom between the two bedrooms. Here too, it would be possible to rebuild so one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and the other has access to a bathroom in the hall.

If you choose to build half a floor, the entrance to the new built rooms would be situated where the window in the up-stairs hall is today. It would then be possible to get another 4-6 bedrooms on this floor, + extra toilet / bathroom.
