If you dream of a house in good condition with its own pool, in the south of Spain, just 20 minutes from the beach, then this could be the perfect house for you. The house is located in the middle of wonderful nature with mostly mango, avocado and olive trees, but without a large private garden that requires time and work. Here you live undisturbed, but not isolated as there are neighbours on the surrounding hills, which can be a great plus if you’re not living here full time.
The house is well planned with attention to detail and lots of charm. The first thing you encounter is a large terrace, followed by the pool which is 8 x 4 metres, with a depth of 1.2 - 2.0 metres. The living room is spacious with a fireplace, and is followed by a corridor that leads in one direction to the kitchen, and in the other, bathroom and a big bedroom. Up the stairs we find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has wifi.
The house is located near Almuñécar, about 20 minutes' drive from the beach, large supermarkets, and a hospital. Málaga airport is just over an hour away by car, as is Granada. Almuñécar is located in the Costa Tropical, known for its unusual microclimate with very stable temperatures and high humidity, making it pleasant all year round. You have only an hour and a half drive to Granada for skiing in the Sierra Nevada during the winter months, offering you the best of both worlds.
