With all amenities in walking distance, only a 20 minute drive from Marbella, 25 minute drive to the beach and 40 minutes from the airport of Málaga. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms On the ground floor you have a dining room, a lounge, one bedroom, a spacious bathroom and the kitchen, with access to the lovely sunny patio (with a working water well), partly covered with a vine. There is a storage room and an extra room for a work bench. Through the kitchen you have access to the another entrance and hall, which has access to upstairs. On the first floor there is a sunny roof terrace, a closet for washing machine and dryer, there are 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and french balconies and there is a extra kitchen with a small dining table and a sofa.
An option would be to create a small bed and breakfast or keep it as a family home. There is street parking, but there are garage spaces in the area you can rent. Also there is daily bread delivery and garbage pick up at the house every day.
