Wonderful townhouse first line Golf in the beautiful area of Mijas Golf, only 5 minutes to the town of Fuengirola and the beaches. 25 minutes to the Malaga airport and Marbella.

When you arrive Mijas Golf Area you will find a lovely place, like an oasis with different urbanisations, old and new and some looks like a typical spanish pueblos surounded by luxury villas. Mijas Golf has 3 hotels, 3 soon to be 4 golf courses built around the area This makes Mijas Golf so nice to live permanantly and also for renting out for hollidaymakers. The area is also good for sports and not only for golfers.
There are tracks for hiking, riding, bycycling and walking both for flat or hilly countryside. It is a health and sports center there as well with both tennis and paddeltennis, There are apox 15 restaurants in the area which includes a cuple of privat finca tapas bars, international food as well as spanish. The international Collage is also on theese grounds. Very nice location.
