Beautiful middle floor apartment located in a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of the east side of Nerja. This larger than average apartment (78m2), consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a terrace. As you enter the hallway to apartment there is a good sized, fully equipped kitchen to your left. In front, is a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the right of the hall is a living room with sliding glass door that lets in lots of natural light and leads on an outside terrace of 11m2.

The 2 bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the corridor from each other. Between them are the two bathrooms. Bedroom one, on the left side of the corridor as you enter the apartment has a bathroom with shower next to it. To the right of the corridor is a slightly larger bedroom and slightly larger bathroom with bath next to it. This bedroom also has access to the terrace which can be reached from the living room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and can comfortably accommodate double beds.

Leading out from the cosy living room is the outside terrace. West facing it receives sun from early to late afternoon. Its ample size makes it a great place to relax and is more than suitable for barbecues and alfresco dining.

The complex itself is very private and quiet. It includes a 6m x 4m community swimming pool which is currently being refurbished and will be ready for summer 2022. Community fees are just €55/month. Parking can easily be found outside the apartment block. However, it is to purchase or rent a parking space in the private underground car park if you prefer.

Location wise, it doesn't get much better than this! There is a large supermarket and several bars and restaurants all within very close proximity to the apartment. Nerja town centre and the popular Burriana beach are also nearby and are approximately 15 minutes walk away.

Properties on this urbanization rarely come on to the market for sale. The location and layout of the apartment makes it ideal for those seeking a holiday home. Its excellent rental potential make it a great investment opportunity too.
