A private covered parking space is included, this is conveniently located close to the residence.
The cozy grassy pool area has two pools and bathrooms, and is surrounded by palm trees and green plants.
Here you can really feel the peace but are close to both the city and the beach. Just up the hill is the Cerrado del Aguila golf club with the popular restaurant La Sierra, as well as the popular padel club of the same name.
A short walk (or 1 minute by car) and you are at restaurants and a small supermarket in Cerros del Aguila. Seven minutes by car and you reach the Miramar shopping center and the beginning of Fuengirola at Castillo Solhail beach.
The province's largest green park, Gran Parque de la Costa del Sol, is now being built in the area, with e.g. walking paths, playgrounds, outdoor gyms, restaurants and an artificial lake, which will be a fantastic asset to the area.
