Strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrants, several varieties of chilies and lemon grass; herbs currently growing: thyme, culinary sage, rosemary, oregano, lemon balm, lemon verbena, parsley, basil, coriander, chives, mint... the list goes on.

There are also many exotic plants, most are mainly of Australian origin due to the climate and their being a lot of xeriscaping with succulent and cacti. The mature areas of the garden are composed by a grand variety of trees including weeping willow/salix, jacaranda, magnolia, callistemon, eynthia, wisteria, shinus, molle (false pepper tree), cyprus, etc - as well as a varied amount of grasses.

The front-facing exterior side of the property has been carefully designed with tiles and fountains by the famous landscaper Jean Volk, from Amsterdam.

All plumbing and electrical installations in line with current requirements and maintain capacity for 1500 ltrs of constant hot water, Storage tanks for water up to 12,000 litres central heating (gas/oil).
